Please read before booking

​

A deposit of $100 to secure your booking is required and the remainder is to be paid at the conclusion of the party. This deposit is non-refundable. If the party is cancelled due to illness or bad weather we are happy to transfer the deposit to a new date. In the event that the party cannot go ahead due to a covid lockdown, the deposit will be held until a new date is agreed upon.

It is the responsibility of the host to make sure all current government guidelines are being adhered to.

Please remember when our entertainers are there, to only refer to them as their character. We are all about keeping the magic and imagination alive!


When counting how many children will be in attendance, include ALL children that will be at the party. This includes younger/older siblings as well otherwise, we reserve the right to decline face painting or balloons at our discretion due to time restraints.

 

*Weather*
During the cooler months, we request that all parties be held indoors or have the option of being indoors should the weather change or become too cold.

In summer there must be adequate shade provided for our entertainers along with water. On the days where there is extreme heat predicted, we ask that you provide a cool indoor environment. Over 35 degrees must be held indoors.
