Does the party mum and dad need to be present for the duration of the entertainment booking

While we do not require you to be present an adult must be present at all times to help the entertainers stay in character should any issue arise amongst the children. Our job is to entertain your children and take some of the pressure off you we are not a babysitters
How far in advance do I need to book?

We reccomend once you've decided on a date for your party to lock in your entertainment sooner rather then later to avoid disappointment as we may book out, however we accept bookings at anytime.
How much room will I need?

While alot of space is ideal it is not necessary. The entertainers can adjust the games accordingly, however it is recommended to have enough space for the children to dance.
How can I pay for my entertainment?

The deposit can be made by bank transfer to confirm booking. On the day the rest of the payment can be made by cash at the of the party or by card (please note there is a surchagre for card payments)
At what point of the party should I have the entertainer arrive?

We reccomend having the entertainer booked 30 minutes after the party has started to make sure all of the guests have arrived and to maximise the time spent with the entertainer. If face painting is part of your package, you can serve food while the entertainer is face painting, as they are only with one child at a time.
Do you provide any of the food or decoractions?

No however we are happy to provide recommendations of companies who could assist with this.
Do you have a venue we can use?

While we dont have our own party venue we do work very closely with Soiree mc and highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to hold your party.
